Team Lead (Extranet)

The Extranet team is working on a service through which hotels gain access to both individual travelers and travel agents and corporate clients. In Extranet, the hotelier can independently manage the availability of his facility, rates, room categories, and special offers.
Today, 92,000+ hotels are connected to the system directly, and this figure is constantly growing.
The development of services takes place mainly in Python (Django) and partly on Golang.

Job Responsibilities

lead the development team: from task evaluation to employee motivation;
mentor and develop the team, help newcomers, evaluate resources and participate in interviews;
develop new metrics for monitoring;
build transparent communication between the team and the business;
participate in the design of a scalable architecture

Key Qualifications

experience in development for at least 4 years, experience as a team leader for at least 3 years;
confident skills in people-management;
knowledge of Python (Django), PostgreSQL at the senior level;
the ability to work in an agile environment, the desire to grow in the long term;
English at B2+ level
