Team Lead (Partners Backoffice/Core)

We are looking for a Back office or Core B2B development team leader who will be responsible for leading the development team in the processes of designing, developing, testing and implementing Backoffice projects.

Job Responsibilities

leading the Back office development team in the design, development, testing and implementation processes;
collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and ensure compliance with business needs;
ensuring compliance with coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies;
mentoring and training junior developers in best design and development practices

Key Qualifications

you have an experience working with Python 3 for at least 3 years, including Django, and general programming experience of at least 5 years;
managed a development team of 5 people, built communication with products/projects;
worked with PostgreSQL;
understand the principles of building services;
measure the performance of the code/solution;
know the design patterns of code and architecture: MVC, REST, etc;

Your advantage will be:
knowledge of Go, because you have to read / write codes;
the ability to wrap services in Docker.
