1) Registration of a residence permit in Serbia:
- Communication with law firms on labor issues and issues related to registration of a residence permit;
- Communication with government services on issues of obtaining a residence permit in Serbia, if necessary;
- Communication with employees on issues related to obtaining a residence permit in Serbia; Assistance in preparing documents for filing for a residence permit in Serbia;
- Collection of information and preparation of information documents (instructions, manuals) on the process of obtaining a residence permit in Serbia and on the main aspects of life in Serbia;
2. HR administration:
- Searching for partner companies for cooperation on HR Admin issues;
- Supporting the conclusion and maintenance of contracts with various companies necessary to comply with the labor legislation of Serbia;
- Managing current HR issues regarding legal entities employees in Serbia;
- Communication with employees on labor issues;
- Maintaining a full cycle of HR document flow for employees registered in Serbia (registration, vacations, sick leaves, personnel changes, dismissals);
3. If necessary, repeat all the above responsibilities in relation to another location.
4. Participation in other HR projects
