Global HR Admin Manager

We are looking for an experienced Global HR Admin Manager to join our international travel-tech group of companies ETG, develop our business and make the travel world better together!

Job Responsibilities

1) Registration of a residence permit in Serbia:
  • Communication with law firms on labor issues and issues related to registration of a residence permit;
  • Communication with government services on issues of obtaining a residence permit in Serbia, if necessary;
  • Communication with employees on issues related to obtaining a residence permit in Serbia; Assistance in preparing documents for filing for a residence permit in Serbia;
  • Collection of information and preparation of information documents (instructions, manuals) on the process of obtaining a residence permit in Serbia and on the main aspects of life in Serbia;

2. HR administration:
  • Searching for partner companies for cooperation on HR Admin issues;
  • Supporting the conclusion and maintenance of contracts with various companies necessary to comply with the labor legislation of Serbia;
  • Managing current HR issues regarding legal entities employees in Serbia;
  • Communication with employees on labor issues;
  • Maintaining a full cycle of HR document flow for employees registered in Serbia (registration, vacations, sick leaves, personnel changes, dismissals);

3. If necessary, repeat all the above responsibilities in relation to another location.

4. Participation in other HR projects

Key Qualifications

  • Ideally - Experience in obtaining residence permits for employees in Serbia is desirable and a plus;
  • Relevant experience. At least 1-2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment. 
  • Personal skills. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with fast-changing business environment, teamplayer, used to data-driven decision-making;
  • International mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence;
  • Location. Ideally - Serbia, but we can discuss other contries too;
  • Language knowledge. Fluent Russian, with advanced knowledge of English, knowledge of Serbian and other languages as a plus;
  • Ability to conduct business correspondence (Russian-English);
  • Experience in describing processes from scratch;
  • Experience in concluding and maintaining contracts with providers;
  • Knowledge of the specifics of Serbian labor legislation is a plus;
