HR Analyst

We are looking for a HR Analyst в Human Capital Department to support and review existing dashboards as well as developing new ones for HR needs.

Job Responsibilities

building automated reports and dashboards in the HR field (covering all areas from employee turnover, average tenure, to metrics of HR operational efficiency);
identifying dependencies, insights, formulating and testing hypotheses, preparing proposals;
processing data for analysis from DWH, corporate portal, ATS, and educational systems;
data processing, developing methodology for metric calculations, applying statistical methods, and if necessary, functional analysis, modeling;
generating reports and analytics for ad hoc requests (e.g. processing research data);
visualizing data in Tableau, Excel;
setting tasks for automation when necessary (business system enhancements, integrations, DWH).

Key Qualifications

at least 2+ years of experience as an HR analyst;
experience in creating and leading entire HR-analytics projects;
strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills (window functions, procedures, joins, apply, PK, FK;
advanced knowledge of BI systems (we use Tableau);
good knowledge of mathematics, analytical and logical thinking;
experience in auditing and developing HR metric systems;
at least Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken).
