Job Responsibilities


  • perform sourcing through various channels: internal and external database mining, networking, social media, referrals, Boolean search, job boards and other innovative sourcing methods (you can invent your own method!);
  • design and evaluate sourcing strategies;
  • review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screens to understand a candidate's qualifications;
  • maintain candidates data into the applicant tracking system (Huntflow).


Key Qualifications

  • work experience: 1-3 years;
  • strong interest in IT business, willingness for learning new technologies;
  • analytical mindset and willingness to perform in a data-driven environment;
  • upper-intermediate level (B2+) of English.
