We are looking for Talent Sourcer who's ready to dive into variety of technologies and motivated searching the best IT-talents all over the world.

Job Responsibilities

perform sourcing through various channels: internal and external database mining, networking, social media, referrals, Boolean search, job boards and other innovative sourcing methods (you can invent your own method!);
design and evaluate sourcing strategies;
review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screens to understand a candidate's qualifications;
maintain candidates data into the applicant tracking system (Huntflow).

Key Qualifications

work experience: 1-3 years;
strong interest in IT business, willingness for learning new technologies;
analytical mindset and willingness to perform in a data-driven environment;
upper-intermediate level (B2+) of English.
