

Honey mustard haloumi wrap
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp wholegrain mustard
- small slice haloumi
- tortilla wrap
- handful spinach or rocketarugulaX
- tomatoes, sliced
- red onion, sliced
- cucumber, sliced into ribbons

Instructions
1 Combine honey with wholegrain mustard and set aside.
2 Spray a griddle pan with cooking spray and get it nice and hot. Add haloumi and cook on one side. Flip over and drizzle with a little of the honey mustard dressing.
3 Once cooked, line your tortilla wrap with spinach or rocket, sliced tomatoes, onion and cucumber ribbons, then top with the sliced sticky haloumi.
