

Gluten-free berry muesli
Ingredients
- 2 cups quinoa flakes
- ½ cup amaranth
- ¹⁄³ cup ground linseed
- ¹⁄³ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond oil
- ¼ cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 90g gluten-free dried berries (we used strawberries)
- ¹⁄³ cup dried apple
- ¹⁄³ cup gluten-free dried cranberries

Instructions
1 In a large bowl, place quinoa flakes and amaranth with linseed.
2 Toss sunflower seeds in oil and add to flakes with hazelnuts and dried fruits. Store in a sealed jar.
