

Nutty toasted muesli
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oatsoatmeal uncookedX
- ½ cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
- ¹⁄³ cup macadamias, roughly chopped
- ¹⁄³ cup pecans, roughly chopped
- ¹⁄³ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¹⁄³ cup sunflower seeds
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- ¹⁄³ cup dried cranberries
- ¹⁄³ cup dried coconut flakes

Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 150°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2 In a large bowl, place the oats, nuts and seeds. Add the cinnamon and vanilla and stir well to combine.
3 Evenly spread the mixture out on prepared tray and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
4 Remove from oven and top with cranberries and dried coconut flakes and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
