Project Manager (Customer Communications Platforms)

We are looking for a Project Manager to work on improvement of the external communications platform.

Job Responsibilities

full cycle project management, including post-project support;
collection and decomposition of business requirements from the product manager;
planning deadlines and resources for project implementation;
managing the expectations of all stakeholders (customers, users, other teams);
collecting and analyzing feedback, analyzing project results together with the product manager;
responsibility for maintaining project management metrics, task trackers and reporting;
maintaining project documentation (PRD, user documentation, technical descriptions, etc.), setting up tasks for developers;
active participation in the team work processes (sprint planning, release management, etc.), including description of processes and proposals for their improvement.

Key Qualifications

2+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager;
experience in managing a development team and running cross-team projects;
experience working in a task tracker (Jira/Youtrack, etc.) and maintaining project documentation (Confluence, Google Docs, etc.);
knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and design processes based on methodologies;
knowledge of the basics of SQL and web application architecture (at a basic level);
readiness for close interaction with internal customers and understanding of their needs;
experience with customer service platforms – Intercom, Zendesk or Live Chat / knowledge and experience working with telephony platforms, understanding of VoIP technologies and experience with communication automation (chat bots and voice bots) will be an advantage.
