Senior Product Manager (Air)
We are searching for an experienced Product Manager to develop the flight-booking service. Our clients include travel agencies and employees of companies around the entire world. Our team is fully responsible for the development of the platform: we get suppliers involved, develop interfaces for convenient search and booking, automate after-sales service, and provide support for tools that help various categories of users in their work. Our mission is to provide the best prices and top-quality service.
Job Responsibilities
develop the platform in line with the product strategy. Keep the product strategy relevant and up-to-date. Our current focus is on improving the level of service by automating operational processes as well as expanding and optimizing the fares that are offered;
improve financial and product metrics. It will be necessary to focus on increasing the level of client satisfaction and also on revenue growth and profitability;
conduct product research. Use client feedback, data analysis, and market analysis to describe the changes that will be necessary in the product and assess the effect of their implementation. An analyst, designer, and UX researcher will help you with this;
set quarterly goals and present results; manage the product backlog and the long-term roadmap of projects;
collaborate with stakeholders. In our company, there are employees who are responsible for the various lines of business, so it’s necessary to work closely together with them in order to take into account the user requirements for the travel platform as a whole and not just specifically for the airline ticket sales service. Our company also has employees who are responsible for supplier relations and customer support. They are also stakeholders in the process and they influence the decisions we make regarding the platform’s development;
collaborate with the development team. Work in liaison with project managers and development team leads to implement product changes. We have a dedicated development team that consists of back-end and front-end developers and QA engineers.
Key Qualifications
at least 3 years of work experience in a Product Manager position;
successful case studies of optimizing and scaling online products;
experience working with financial and product metrics: description, analysis, and improvement;
ability to write User Stories, CJM, JTBD, and business descriptions of features;
skilled at preparing and using the results of analytical research and UX research;
intermediate level knowledge of SQL or higher;
ability to set tasks and track their implementation;
experience in drawing up a product strategy;
ability to conduct a market analysis;
successful experience of working with stakeholders.
