Senior Product Manager (Retention)

We are looking for an experienced, proactive specialist who knows how to influence the audience, focus on metrics, establish connections between discovery and delivery, and generate ideas based on analytical data and research.

Job Responsibilities

  • develop activation and retention in the international b2b direction of RateHawk with a focus on the specific needs of professional audience segments: TMC, travel agencies, travel advisors;
  • formulate a product development vision that harmonizes with the strategy of B2A products;
  • implement measurable and scalable growth and scaling models in a cross-functional product team for systematic growth of hypothesis testing pace;
  • establish a transparent process for prioritizing projects, involving and managing expectations in discovery and delivery cycles for stakeholders;
  • ultimately responsible for growth of activation and revenue metrics in segments; Invest in developing a product culture: within the team and at the B2B level. 

Key Qualifications

  • skills in building discovery and delivery cycles in product;
  • fluent English language (at least B2 level);
  • proficiency in flexible methodologies in development and research;
  • experience in product development based on quantitative and qualitative data, ability to work with open sources;
  • strong analytical skills: market opportunity analysis, assessment of potential product changes, revenue potential modeling pre-launch, design of experiments, and evaluation of final impact.
  • cases in developing a cross-functional product team focusing on measurable growth of product and operational metrics.
