We’ve saved the best for last with this final lunch menu of the Fresh Start program! You’ll find some absolutely delicious options to try this week. Pick your favourites from the nine available recipes – we recommend choosing three to four so you can use leftovers for other meals and make the most of your ingredients.

If your goal is weight loss, opting for more of the low-kJ recipes in row one will help, but feel free to mix and match with the other recipes – they’re all dietitian-approved and healthy choices.
