- 1 carrot, grated or julienned
- ¼ avocado, chopped
- 1 small can tuna
- ½ cup cooked brown rice
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon roughly chopped almonds
