- 1 pot Sunrice Rice & Quinoa
- ½ cup edamame beans, defrosted
- 1 cup roughly chopped spinach leaves
- 1 small can chilli-flavoured tuna
- 2 tablespoons flavoured hummus (I used Lisa’s KumaraSweet-potatoX with Coconut & Turmeric)

Instructions

- Combine rice, edamame and spinach and heat in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Add tuna and hummus to serve.
