Product analyst (Search Tools)

We are the Search team. The hotels in the search results, how they look, filters, suggest, and everything needed to find the right hotel falls under our responsibility. We are looking for a Product analyst to join our team, who will play a key role in making strategic decisions for the development of search at ETG.

Job Responsibilities

conducting research on the behavior of our users and identifying growth points of the product;
assessing initiatives, providing recommendations, and helping to prioritize the team's work;
testing hypotheses, conducting AB-tests, participate in the development of the AB-testing platform;
monitoring the health of product metrics, creating dashboards and alerts;
providing excellent reporting, sharing research findings and discoveries;
automating analytical processes so that other teams can independently use data to answer their questions without the involvement of analysts.

Key Qualifications

work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
confident knowledge of SQL;
confident experience in data analysis in Python and knowledge of basic machine learning algorithms;
ability to conduct A/B tests from design to analysis of results;
proficiency in BI systems;
English at the Upper-Intermediate (B1) level and above;
critical thinking and the ability to analyze data;
knowledge of the basics of theory probability and mathematical statistics;
ability to communicate effectively with other teams.
