Project Manager (Product Configuration)

As a Project Manager/Product Configuration Manager, you will be a part of the Commercial Department and play an integral role in translating business needs into practical solutions to achieve the company’s business growth objective.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create & implement product configuration standards templates.
  • Create and launch an infrastructure to monitor compliance with standards.
  • Troubleshooting: create non-standard product configuration settings and workarounds for client-specific needs.
  • Simplify and optimize configuration setting use case scenarios on CRM.
  • Conduct training sessions for the commercial team in English language. Maintain an internal knowledge base.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience of working with templates and tables.
  • Experience in implementing systems; experience in transforming business ideas into products.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Attention to detail & analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently on projects, and time management skills.
  • Experience in business administration is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus (knowing the syntax and being able to read code).
