We are seeking an experienced leader to grow our sales team, drive effective strategies, and elevate our brand across North America!

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively promote our international project.
  • Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory; Western area.
  • Lead the team to achieve the division's planned revenue results: the team is made up of Sales and Account Managers, mainly Sales Managers who bring in new customers.
  • Monitor and analyze the team's KPI results.
  • Organize the search and recruitment of new business partners, as well as strengthen the relationship and conduct negotiations with current ones.
  • Support the team in managing key accounts.
  • Develop people, from hiring to training, to help the team get to the next level.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the region's marketing plan.
  • Market research, reporting, analysis and forecasting. ​​​​​

Key Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience. 3+ years of successful management of sales teams in the B2B travel industry.
  • Market Knowledge. In-depth understanding of the country's travel market, including travel trade networks (travel agencies, tour operators, host agencies and consortiums).
  • API. Familiarity with API integration and technology sales & deals, as well as an understanding of our competitors and main online booking systems.
  • Education. Bachelor's degree.
  • Personal Skills. Ambitious, proactive, results-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments, creative problem-solving.
  • Analytical Skills. Data-driven decision-making, tech-savvy, experience using KPIs to track success.
  • Leadership Skills. Enable innovative solutions, drive continuous improvement, motivate and inspire teams, as well as experience in covering the full range from hiring and training to retaining and developing top-tier talent.
  • International Mindset. Adaptability to multicultural environments, reflecting our global presence.
  • Be Your Own CEO. Work independently with a high level of accountability.
  • Think outside-the-box. Develop and implement creative solutions to challenges.
  • Language Proficiency. Native English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Business trips. Ready to travel to visit customers with your team, attend events and exhibitions. Having your own car is essential.
  • Work permit. Must be a US citizen; unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
  • Location. Preferably located in the greater Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco or Las Vegas area.
