We are looking for an
HR Business Partner
who will be responsible for the Marketing, Finance&Legal, HR, and Analytics teams.
Job Responsibilities
Organizational Management:
Lead and manage organizational design and structure initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize team structures for maximum operational efficiency.
Workforce Planning:
Strategize and implement workforce planning to ensure the acquisition and retention of appropriate talent.
Accurately forecast staffing requirements in accordance with business expansion and goals.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
Oversee the HR budgeting process, ensuring it is in sync with the broader organizational objectives.
Regularly monitor, control, and report on HR budget execution and financial performance.
HR Metrics and Analytics:
Establish, track, and evaluate key HR metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives.
Perform data analysis to derive insights for continuous improvement in HR processes.
Employee Retention Strategies:
Develop and administer employee retention programs aimed at enhancing engagement and satisfaction.
Systematically assess and address factors impacting employee retention, providing actionable solutions.
Compensation Management:
Spearhead the formulation, execution, and administration of the company's compensation framework.
Ensure alignment of compensation strategies with market trends and organizational objectives.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner more than 2 years.
Demonstrates experience in budgeting and financial control, HR analytics Focus on stakeholders management; readiness to work & adapt remotely.
FMCG experience; International experience; working with Marketing&Finance as advantage.
Strong skills in project management and change management.
Must have an upper-intermediate level or higher in English.
Demonstrates a readiness to take on challenges with an action-oriented approach.
