We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will be responsible for the Marketing, Finance&Legal, HR, and Analytics teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organizational Management:
    • Lead and manage organizational design and structure initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize team structures for maximum operational efficiency.
  • Workforce Planning:
    • Strategize and implement workforce planning to ensure the acquisition and retention of appropriate talent.
    • Accurately forecast staffing requirements in accordance with business expansion and goals.
  • Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
    • Oversee the HR budgeting process, ensuring it is in sync with the broader organizational objectives.
    • Regularly monitor, control, and report on HR budget execution and financial performance.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics:
    • Establish, track, and evaluate key HR metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives.
    • Perform data analysis to derive insights for continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Employee Retention Strategies:
    • Develop and administer employee retention programs aimed at enhancing engagement and satisfaction.
    • Systematically assess and address factors impacting employee retention, providing actionable solutions.
  • Compensation Management:
    • Spearhead the formulation, execution, and administration of the company's compensation framework.
    • Ensure alignment of compensation strategies with market trends and organizational objectives.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner more than 2 years.
  • Demonstrates experience in budgeting and financial control, HR analytics Focus on stakeholders management; readiness to work & adapt remotely.
  • FMCG experience; International experience; working with Marketing&Finance as advantage.
  • Strong skills in project management and change management.
  • Must have an upper-intermediate level or higher in English.
  • Demonstrates a readiness to take on challenges with an action-oriented approach.
