Product analyst (Apartments)

We are looking for a Product Analyst who will actively participate in the development and optimization of the Apartment direction. Your role will include supporting key product changes, managing P&L, as well as deep diving into supply and demand analytics to improve conversion.

Job Responsibilities

Product changes support: Actively participate in changes to the hotel card, conduct experiments to launch a new apartment layout, develop commercial processes in the extranet and on the search engine within the 2024 roadmap;
Task impact assessment: Assist in pre-evaluation and post-evaluation of the impact of changes made by the product team and yourself;
Hypothesis generation for growth: Search for new hypotheses to improve the effectiveness of already planned changes or add new ones. Dive into supply and product analytics to optimize conversion;
Metrics management: Development and management of dashboards for the Apartment direction, bringing UI-designed product MVPs to a working state;
Apartment P&L: Assist the product team in building and managing the P&L of apartments, analyzing the impact of various levers on product conversion.

Key Qualifications

minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
strong skills in working with analytical tools and platforms, including SQL and BI systems;
ability to analyze large volumes of data and make informed decisions;
capable of efficiently managing projects and coordinating work between different teams;
excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
willingness to dive deep into details and take a holistic approach to problem-solving;
english language proficiency at Intermediate level (B1) or higher.
