С&B Manager (Compensations)

We are looking for a С&B Manager (Compensations) to join our Human Capital Department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Development and management of employee motivation system, including creation of bonus scheme and definition of transparent KPIs;

  • Administration of bonus system;

  •  Participation in budgeting projects;

  •  Participation in project to create job grades;

  • Assistance in conducting analysis and review of employee salaries.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in С&B for at least 3 years in developing and administering material motivation systems;

  • Advanced Excel user;
  • Communication Skills: strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with team members and contributing to performance-related reports;
  • English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
