Performance Manager
We are looking for a Performance Manager to join our Human Capital Department.
Job Responsibilities
1. Administration and support of the Performance Review process for employees:
Setting up the system and initiating evaluation procedures;
2. Participation in the implementation of the approved Performance Review project, which includes:
3. Analysis of the results of the conducted Performance reviews and preparation of the reports/recommendations based on the assessment data.
4. Training and support for managers during Performance Reviews, providing assistance and guidance.
Key Qualifications
Experience in human resources, performance management, or a related field more than 2 years. Previous involvement with performance evaluation processes is beneficial;
Strong analytical skills – to interpret performance data effectively;
Advanced Excel user;
Communication Skills: strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with team members and contributing to performance-related reports;
Familiarity with HR assessment systems: understanding of HR software and tools used for performance management is advantageous;
English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
