Head of Monetization Projects

We are looking for a Head of Monetization Projects to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate for us would have Presentation skills, an Analytical mind, Critical and Strategic thinking.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing overall advertising monetization strategies to drive indirect revenue growth for ETG brands;
  • Analyzing data and market trends to make informed decisions on ad placements, pricing models, and targeting strategies;
  • Driving innovation in advertising monetization by exploring new technologies, formats, and platforms;
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key advertising partners, negotiating terms and deals to maximize monetization opportunities;
  • Collaborating with other senior leaders to align advertising monetization efforts with broader business objectives;
  • Monitoring industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks;
  • Working with advertising tools such as Google Ad Manager and Yandex AdFox;
  • Managing market and competitors’ research, identifying potential growth points;
  • Project management, coordination of preparation and launch of marketing campaigns for clients, interaction with internal and external teams.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in advertising monetization, preferably in a leadership role within the digital advertising industry;
  • Strong understanding of advertising technologies, platforms, and trends;
  • Demonstrated track record of developing successful advertising monetization strategies and driving revenue growth;
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and market insights;
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in leading and developing teams;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining relationships with advertising partners and stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance requirements;
  • Deep understanding of the principles of internet marketing and basic metrics (CTR, CPM, etc.);
  • Skills in Google Ad Manager and/or Yandex AdFox, as well as knowledge of SQL or a desire to learn;
  • Experience in an advertising agency would be a big plus;
  • The level of English proficiency is not lower than Advanced (C1).
